I am an instructional designer with 13 years of experience designing and building learning solutions to solve problems related to people management, onboarding, compliance, language instruction, and more. I'm currently a Training Specialist at NBME, a national healthcare assessment organization, where I design training materials for our Business Enablement vertical.

I am passionate about all aspects of learning, but have a knack for partnering with stakeholders, analyzing data, and asking thoughtful questions to get to the root of organizational challenges before recommending a solution. Whether that solution is an in-person workshop, eLearning experience, job aid, communication campaign, or a combination of approaches, I design learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and aligned to business needs. 

I began my career in Education as part of the NYC Teaching Collaborative Program, a program designed to effect change in the city’s highest-need schools. I spent ten years in the secondary classroom and that experience is still at the heart of my instructional philosophy. It taught me empathy, patience, hard work, and the importance of meeting leaners where they are. I strive to create solutions that not only meet organizational needs, but also support the people those solutions are meant to serve.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, camping, hiking, and travel (particularly with my oft-misbehaved Beagle mix, Archie). Additionally, and possibly most importantly, I am on an endless search for New York's best breakfast sandwich. The mission continues.
